Hi, I'm Michelle Moreland, CEPS.
I've always been someone who finds joy in bringing people together, building relationships, and creating experiences that make others feel welcomed, valued, and connected.
For more than two decades, I've built my career around customer service, communication, and helping people navigate important moments with confidence. Those experiences taught me the value of organization, clear communication, thoughtful preparation, and anticipating the details that help everything run smoothly.
Along the way, I realized that what I love most is creating meaningful experiences and working behind the scenes so others can be fully present for the moments that matter.
That passion led me to create Moreland Signature Events.
As a Certified Event Planning Specialist (CEPS), I combine professional event planning education with hands-on experience and a relationship-focused approach to help organizations bring their ideas to life. I believe the most memorable events aren't simply beautifully planned—they create connection, inspire engagement, strengthen relationships, and leave a lasting impression.
Whether I'm helping a nonprofit create a meaningful fundraiser, planning a corporate gathering, bringing the details together for an event already in motion, or creating a destination retreat designed to reconnect and inspire a team, I approach every project with thoughtful planning, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to my clients and their goals.
My goal is simple: to create experiences that feel welcoming, purposeful, polished, and seamlessly executed while giving my clients the confidence to know that the details are being carefully managed.
Based in South Carolina and serving clients both close to home and beyond, Moreland Signature Events partners with nonprofits, businesses, and organizations to create experiences that strengthen relationships, celebrate achievements, support important missions, and bring people together.
When I'm not planning events, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, listening to music, reading, crafting, traveling, or exploring new places and ideas that inspire creativity.
